Mainly control the disaster emergency response and to eliminate it, if in the process of strain as a result of the occurrence of human error and serious of the disaster, which the company's development will certainly be influential, this study will be based on seven disasters contingency procedures for the issue of human errors by the expert interviews to explore the site personnel in the contingency of human errors occur, use of HEIST analysis tools to analyze human error and the steps by HEIST analysis clearly points out the human error in the error factor to achieve reduce the incidence of mistakes; the Institute of HEIST analysis tools used by the expert examination, agreed that the failure to reduce human errors and improve performance.
