Questionnaire and in-depth interviews are conducted. Company’s operation status, the attitude of high-level executives, the organizational structure, and IT development are investigated. Finally, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied . The study shows that the positive feasibility to implement e-commerce in the building decoration-industry but some problems and limitation are noticed.
