In companies, the "human" as the constitution organization's Fundamental unit of the organization and the enterprise besides devotes to promote the achievement, how to establish effective promoted mechanism, is the important way to detain the talented person. The promoted besides elevates, the salary on behalf of the position to increase, the authority to grow, ability affirmation, but may also satisfy individual sense of achievement, therefore has the very important drive function. The administrative personnel in the company of interior work are very important link, but their performances are not obviously as engineer, or sales person, therefore this article take the administrative personnel as the object of study, namely aims at person's related subject discussion and the research, affects the intrinsic factor which is promoted (personality special characteristic), the external factor (work achievements) with organizational structure three to carry on the understanding variable. Do the administrative personnel under the competition work place, how reduce the crisis which replacement, also to show it self of advantages to meet “promoted” standard; and what about relationship with the personality characteristics, the organizational structure, and the work achievements? This is the article we want to discover. In this research by the different personal background, different administrative organizations, to processing the questionnaire survey, and picks up by random sampling way, then applies the effective questionnaire to T-test,Analysis of variance ,Pearson to statistical and analysis the Hsinchu science park’s administrative personnel's personality characteristics, the work achievements, the organizational structure and the duty promoted relations, and provides the related jobholders to do as the important reference. 馮文俊 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 110 zh-TW |
