Through online systems, relative businesses can easily connect to each other with instant information communication and updates to help promote business e-commerce as well as to achieve effective inventory replenishments, procurements and payment transfer to reduce procurement costs and raise overall supply chain benefits. This study will investigate in documents related to supply chain procurement collaboration system established by information sharing between upstream and downstream businesses in the supply chain system, including papers on supply chain management strategies, supply chain operation collaboration, procurement collaboration, supply contract, vendor managed inventory and on-going inventory replenishments. This study will use semiconductor manufacturing company T as its test subject and the company’s use of supply online system for procurement collaborations to achieve a simpler work process and shorter procurement time will be investigated in this study. It is discovered that the key to successful procurement collaboration is the visibility and degree of sharing in logistic and the flow of information. A supply contract can stipulate rights and obligations for both parties to follow and introduce supplier inventory management mode based on information sharing to carry on with inventory replenishment strategies. Such mode can serve as a reference for promoting supply chain procurement collaboration: e-procurement (inventory replenishment) collaboration system used by Company T can simplify procurement processes, reduce inventory costs, raise supplier delivery and service performance, and moreover, effectively raise overall supply chain competitiveness. 洪振創 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 82 zh-TW
