Description
Summary:碩士 === 明道大學 === 光電暨能源工程學系碩士班 === 98 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the Fizeau interferometric measurement of optical elements by the five-step phase-shifting interferometry. The captured image was calculated by the five-step phase-shifting algorithm to get the wrapped phase. Finally, the surface profile and height were unwrapped. In most of the optical interferometry techniques, one often get interferometric fringe patterns which include noises, and these noises will cause analysis difficulty. This fringe analysis software comprises the analysis program and human-machine interface, and furthermore the software includes the various filter programs to remove the noise of the image. Therefore, the higher accuracy of measurement will be obtained with the better quality image.
