Its refined mode of operation allows each store to have its own markets. According to economic liberalization and the promotion of the international market, the foreign circulation industry is applying for a variety of joint venture and technical cooperation and relying on its strong financial and superior management techniques for Taiwan markets. This situation makes some of the local early run Taiwanese department store industry under pressure for struggling for its market developing while most of the department store industry have to seek foreign ventures(e.g. mostly in Japan) in order to deal with the constantly growing fierce market competition. This study is to apply expert advice on the use of Fuzzy Delphi method (Fuzzy Delphi Method referred to FDM). The purpose is to conduct a survey through the recovery of a questionnaire to gather experts to further explore options for supermarket in the department store. The product of the importance of criteria will be put in use by referencing FAHP (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) to calculate the importance of all levels, and consequently to each of the product selection criteria for the evaluation of scores. Owing to expert surveys and FAHP mode operation, the dimensions show that supermarkets in the department store focuse on selling goods ranked in order. The most important one will be product characteristics. The second consideration is the time to target customers, and then followed by commodity prices. The top five priority considerations for the supermarket in department store to sell goods include VIP membership customers goods, product quality, territory, brand, and the target customer group, housewives.
