| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 公共事務學系碩士班 === 98 === Ministry of the Interior has approved the cases of city-county alone or consolidation to elevate status in June 2009, Kaohsiung city-county consolidation to elevate status is one of the cases. So this article intend to research “after Kaohsiung city-county consolidation to elevate status, the districts of the administrative division”. But Article 6 of the draft law of administrative division deal with the 14 factors of division shall consider, but the 14 factors are too general. If the draft law of administrative division has adopted and executed, maybe it will have some problems, it need clearer delineation of principles, so that city-county consolidation can more successfully; Moreover, there are two ways to administrative division, central government guiding or local government guiding. Which way is fit for administrative division of township, town, city or district. Based on the above purpose, this article will group Article 6 of the draft law of administrative division deal with the 14 factors of division into six major categories of factors. And survey the district divisions in Kaohsiung city-county consolidation by these major categories of factors. And then, collate, analysis and induction the factors of for classification and influence of administrative division from the county-city consolidation and administrative divisions literature. Author use in-depth interviews to increase understanding of Kaohsiung City and County. Finally, propose the important factors of administrative division of districts in Kaohsiung city-county consolidation and the good way of administrative division.
