A leader must utilize the appropriate leadership style to affect the teams’ interaction from the within; resulting the team members to create of high synergy towards the team, and to improve high efficiency team learning behaviors. The teams’ innovation performance would be raised, and enterprises can outperform competitors and sustain competitiveness advantages. The objective of this research is to understand the relationships among different leadership styles (transactional leadership and transformational leadership), team members’ learning behavior, team cohesion, and innovation performance. The research starts from related bibliographies and researches, and is based on the fundamental of the thesis to establish this research’s framework and assumption, and then selects proper presentation charts as research tools. The research adopts paper survey analysis and is a collection of sampling from Taiwan Notebook Research and Development (R&D) team members. A total of 150 copies of paper questionnaire were conducted by 50 R&D groups among 8 Notebook OEM manufacturing companies. 147 responses were collected which represents 98% effective response rate. Using SPSS 14.0 statistic methods to run descriptive statistics, reliabilities analysis, factory analysis, and regression analysis, the research derives a conclusion on the effects of various factors. Subsequent of further experiment analysis and discussions, the research found: 1.Transactional leadership style is more effective than transformational leadership style and has more positive impact to the team member’s innovation performance. 2.Compared to the creative learning, the learning environment and learning process have significant contribution to the innovation in the team learning. 3.The cohesion is important to team members’ innovation performance. 4.Compare with transformational leadership style, Transactional leadership style has better influence to team members’ learning behavior. 5.Transactional leadership style has significant positive impact to team members’ cohesion.
