The purpose of this research lies in through learning style, self-efficacy and exclusive curriculum to students’ learning willingness, transfer of instructor’s knowledge and results of learning performance concepts, discuss student’s learning style, influence of self-efficacy to exclusive curriculu. Subsequently,influence of study exclusive curriculum to learning performance. In this process, indirect influence to transfer of instructor’s knowledge has positive function.The hospitality instructors apply learning style and self-efficacy to exalt the purpose of learning performance, transfer effect of instructors’ knowledge can also promote learning performance indirectly.
The sample of this research, which collects sightseeing dining from approved universities and colleges with specialty of Ministry of Education approbation, searches instructors who transfer from industry into department of the dining cooking, hires the skilled instructors to professional and technical schools, and completes the item serial number of sample teacher, class , sampled two classes taught by each instructors, thirty students from each class conduct survey questionnaire, there are total of sixty students who conduct survey from two classes. After deciding research objects and variables, along with study tools, begin with mailing questionnaire to instructors, then asks students to do questionnaire before semester ends.
This research applies survey sampling methods and interviews in Chinese food cooking, western meal cooking, bakery, and Chinese noodles, then take the results as content to questionnaire design. In the meantime, on basis of survey, the result of questionnaire is used as content design for interview, draft the object of interview. To address learning performance in students’ learning style, self-efficacy, and transfer of instructor’s knowledge through analyzing survey and interview results.
This research tool applies SPSS software to analyze credibility of questionnaire results and contrast in analysis, and gains some results. The approved conclusion of LISREL shows that exclusive curriculum not only affects learning performance directly but also influences learning performance from transfer of instructor’s knowledge; hence, this research emphasizes on setting corresponding parameters to proceed analysis in comparison; to generalize the effect of learning performance upon learning style, self-efficacy and transfer of instructor’s knowledge. The research generalizes the conclusion through the above analysis in order to address corresponding suggestions and prospects students’ learning willingness and instructors’ hospitality skills will be promoted.
