Because working hour is rapid increasing, the phenomenon of workaholism appeared in Taiwan and the workers are facing more job stress. Some researches pointed out one of the main factors for the influence of subordinates’ work stress and job satisfaction is the difference of personality trait or background between supervisors and subordinates. In the past, few researches focus on the difference of personality trait between supervisors and subordinates on the Similarity or fit theory. So the idea was worth pursuing. The main point in the study is to understand the relationship between difference of workaholism between supervisors and subordinates, work stress and job satisfaction. The study use convenience sampling to choose the questionnaire survey. Finally, use the SPSS to analysis and get the result. There are five conclusion based on the result of the study. First, the more difference of drive between supervisors and subordinates, the less work stress for subordinates. Second, the more difference of work enjoyment between supervisors and subordinates, the more work stress for subordinates. Third, the more difference of work enjoyment between supervisors and subordinates, the more intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction for subordinates. Forth, the more anxiety stress, the less intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction for subordinates.
