With the popularization of Internet, the demand for faster, correct and efficient electronic exchange of governmental official documents within various governmental agencies is increasing, thereby generating the promising way toward the whole picture of the application of e-Government. There are lots of studies focusing on the effectiveness of electronic government official document exchange system on several contexts, however, there is no any study concentrating on the findings for the context of financial markets (for example: the Listed, OTC and Emerging companies). Electronic official document exchange system of benefits, as electronic official document exchange system is in charge FSC organs important foundation for enterprise services, the effectiveness of its implementation is the implementation of e-Government benchmark. Based on the information system success model proposed by DeLone & McLean, the objective study is to investigate factors affecting the success of electronic official document exchange system and the consequent results of this system, namely satisfaction, individual and organizational impacts. The sampling frame used for this study the financial market of electronic document exchange system - OTC and Emerging corporate users, via the Internet survey, 115 valid questionnaires were collected, using the Visual PLS 1.4b structural equation model (Structural Equation Model; SEM) analysis used for verification. Our research findings show that (1) information quality and system quality significantly and positively affect user’s satisfaction; (2) user’s satisfaction positively influences individual and organizational impacts. However and unexpected, service quality has no significant effect on user’s satisfaction.
