碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 經濟學系碩士在職專班 === 98 === The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the development of cloud computing from year 2007 until today. Despite the fact that there are already several applications of cloud computing, its commercial model remains far from maturity as correlated to technical feasibility. However, cloud computing should continue to act as the commercial issue concerned by enterprises. The objective of this study is to investigate the following three issues under cloud computing environment: 1. Defining the industrial value chain of information service industry of Taiwan; 2. Resorting strategy element to describe and corroborate management strategy of the industry; 3. Finding out the relationship between the critical elements of success for industry to strategy elements. This study will first make use of SWOT analysis, five forces analysis, strategy map, and balanced scorecard (BSC) to focus on the case company to carry out research. As indicated from research results, the dynamic development of the industrial structure itself is considered to be of the relatively powerful source as competition intensity and cloud computing, and they are the reckoned as the most urgent issues among those competition strategies of information system integrators of Taiwan. Of such results, it have well reflected the present status with regard to the management guideline of information system integrators of Taiwan, and the focus of needs among enterprises for cloud computing.
