To sell new financial producs, financial institution personnels should have professional knowledge. Governments also asks bank personnels to acquire professional certificate or pass related qualification tests before selling financial products. Obtaining professional certificates has become an imperative tool to find jobs, change jobs and lift professional skills. In the near future, someone want to work in financial institutions, professional certificate will play a key role. This research mainly focuses on the viewpoint of domestic bank personnels on the financial professional certificate cognition as well as the requirement of financial professional certificate by analyzing true evidence via questionnaire survey methodology. 600 copies of suvey were sent to domesic bank personnels, and 458copies out of 520 responded copies are valid. After the data are collected, SPSS statistics application software is used to proceed statistic analysis. The methods are Descriptive Statistics, Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, T Test, One-Way ANOVA and Scheffe Test. This research found that domestic bank personnels have positive attitudes for financial professional certificates. It showed that the bank personnels have recognized an era of profession and certification coming. A great cognition differences and requirement for jobs between different kinds of banks were found. For individual cognition in financial professional certificates, the cognition level varied greatly in gender, education, salary, position. For financial professional certificates required for jobs, it also showed differences in gender, age, seniority, salary and position.
