Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 經濟學系碩士在職專班 === 98 === In the past studies concerning differential impacts on economic growth from either core or non-core labor had been numerous, however, rarely can be seen to deal with dynamic interaction between both types of human capital and, most importantly, impacts from structural changes of human capital on economic growth. Based on the dynamic model of human capital, this study will inspect the structural transition of human capital in Japan. The empirical results from this study will reveal the fact that, after 2000, while the unemployment rates of the thirty and forty something people have been increasing but, on the contrary, the employment rate and part-time ratio have both on the rise for the twenties. As a consequence the total productivity hence the national economic growth rate can be reduced while the percentage of the core labor is decreasing and that of the non-core labor is increasing.
