In this way, multinational Corporations must focus on cross-cultural training. How to recognize the needs of cross-cultural training is first concern, the second concern is how to set the cross-cultural training’s objectives. In order to increase the performance of cross-cultural training, MNCs must use appropriate cross-cultural training methods and appropriate execution.
On a base of qualitative research, this study was examined by using the comparative case study. There were two MNCs selected: Box Solution Company and Quickin System Integration Company. Also through reviewing literatures and conducting in-depth interviews, the research purpose is to enhance the performance of cross-cultural training.
This research found out these two different investment types of MNCs has same cross-cultural training’s needs: increasing language capability, interpersonal communication skills of cross-cultural, professional skills and respecting of different cultures. The same cross-cultural training’s objectives between these two MNCs: respecting different cultures, enhancing language capability, interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and technical capacity. The training methods have: book, seminars, interactive environments and case studies.
MNCs should be different in accordance with its task environment to produced appropriate cross-cultural training needs, objective and choose right training methods to let employees can have good performance after training. Finally, all of these will let the employees increase their productivities.
