Using Taiwan’s 1000 largest manufacturing firms published by Commonwealth Magazine in 2009 as empirical samples, this paper investigates antecedents of trust toward partner by Hierarchical Regression Analysis. Findings of this research indicate that corporate reputation(embeddedness perspective), communication and coordinated activities(process perspective) have significant positive influence on firm’s trust toward partner.
