| Summary: | 碩士 === 嶺東科技大學 === 國際企業研究所 === 98 === The rapid rise of China's economic growth, making foreign investors and Taiwan enterprises have to invest. Investing in mainland china need capital; therefore, the issue of funding became important. This study focused on combination of theory and practice to work out viable financing way through considering finance-related laws, restrictions, risks and other issues.
This study used literature analysis, case study method and depth interviews to collect relevant information and used qualitative research methods to collect and analyze data. From the results, Taiwan enterprises has inadequate information on investment environment , policy changes in Mainland China and the politics unpredictable of two sides, these uncertainties will cause more and more Taiwan enterprises to pay more transaction costs, also makes Taiwan enterprises in the financing process always does not choose the best financing decision. Therefore, this study concluded the following points for operating proposals:
(1) develop more competitive products.
(2) effective financial management.
(3) to leave when campany has ridden the crest of success.
(4) Taiwan enterprises need to assess their financial environment before investing.
(5) create revenue and profits of the mainland company to obtain the favor of Chinese banks.
(6) Taiwan enterprises obtain funds more diversified.
