In the modern society, the sense of isolation between people results to invisible boundaries. My initial thinking of the research is inspired by these close but isolated feelings of human beings and by paradoxical and misplaced ways of getting along with people. To reflect the feelings on designing traditional female shoes which are divided the heels and tops into two parts. The topic of the research, DEMARCATION, is not about establishing the borders but about breaking the limitations. The creations emphasize on breaking the rules of the common appearance of shoes. By observing each section of female shoes, the lines are blurred, and the shoes are created in a whole new aspect of design. The principle of visual illusion effects as well as the golden ratio structure achieves the request of the senses stimulating styles. Shoes are not clothes which could be wrapped at will. The pursuit of visual effects should be given attention to the convenience of activity as well. In the situation of highly developmental urban culture, people start to show themselves by using forms which present unrealistic meanings. For instance, interest –based and hardly preserved visual illusion effect on street paintings, the conceptive clothes that show technical elements, and the status of twisted human body. These sorts of art works deliver visual effects by using psychological methods. The elements of illusion, isolation, forms conversion, and inter-disciplinary skills symbolize the contemporary age. Sorting and adding the information to enforce the statement of the topic and the initial inspiration. Moreover, it is advantageous to the color planning. By using the golden ratio as the attribute of safety and the visual illusion as the attribute of insecurity, the cross-boundary aspect of design is achieved. To reflect the feelings on designing traditional female shoes which are divided the heels and tops into two parts.
