In addition, this study also attempts to understand the students’ learning difficulties and other related factors. Suggestions were given in order to uplift the quality of the rotational industry-school. Participants of the study are the students of a rotational industry-school. Survey questionnaires were administered. Findings show that the present situation is still tolerable. Student reacted most obvious to the factor “self expectation” with positive attitudes toward self improvement. However, reacted the least towards the factor “unable to accept failure” with the least mean score, which indicated students’ reasons for studying is not related to their perceived escape when facing failure. For the factor “learning difficulties” findings show that difficulties are quite low, while the factor “family reasons” are quite high and the factor “school” is also low with respect to the indicators of difficulties in school. Results indicate that the factor “family reasons” in learning difficulties are quite high, suggest that parents should provide opportunities to understand and communicate with their children. In addition, home visitation is one of the most effective ways of determining such situations. Similarly, phone calls to parents are also advisable. For the factor “personal reasons”, the author suggests that learning to have self confidence, enjoyment in learning, and group collaboration are some strategy that can open up the students, thus provide students a way to explore their own self concept.
