Subjects were recruited from a regional hospital in a Tainan pubic hospital. A stratified sampling method was used in this research. Questionnaire has been sent out, and the effective responses are 100 with the responsive rate 83.33%. The statistical methods included descriptive statistics, independent samples T-test analysis, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results of this research revealed that: 1. The correlations between the factors: job performance, professional attitudes, and morale and motivation, and organizational commitment are significantly correlated, especially these respondents whose ages are over 50. 2、Professional attitudes and job performance showed the most significant correlation, while the correlation between professional attitudes and organizational commitment is the second significant. 3、In the demographic variables, age and income are important factors. The factors of “over 50” and “monthly income over $NT 50,000” have achieved higher marks. Except for the morale and motivation, former employees have higher marks than informal employees with marginal significance. Basically, the result of this study can be the reference of human resource administration and salary compensation in the hospital. For the different ages has efficiency different way to improve. In addition, organizations can be more attractive for recruiting and retaining prospective employees in making organization value and increasing advantages for competition.
