Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 98 === This study used balanced scorecard to evaluate the performance of TBC. By doing so, we are able to construct a model of performance evaluation for TBC. Prior research had not yet focused on TBC, thus we have little understanding about the applicability of balanced scorecard for TBC. Due to the limited literature, we combined both professionals’ wisdom and practical implementations to underpin the logic of this study. This result of study: 1. Always propose one and amount to 96 and propose , (expect the average to be 3.95 ) (actual average is 4.009 ); Reality and expecting a difference, the actual average is higher than expected value 0.059. So TBC member belonged to high and cognitive , approved degree high. 2. And Kaplan, the theory of R. S. & D. P. Norton (1996 ) is unanimous. It is roughly suitable that the view of balancing the score card is applied to this research case management and administration and performance and assessed, and can find out the tactics of promoting . 3.It is suitable for TBC being managed and developed , understand that the member's expectation and inspection accumulate the result actually to balance the score card, find out the development tactics of future, and promote carrying out in conformity with the member's hope. 4.Get it out of because of answering in conformity with because e of tactics (1 ) after analysing: Utilize steady e mediocre platform, let members make society's relevant information within shortest time, if the member has any complaint, can understand through the network way in time and do well and should deal with the policy immediately . (2) meeting affairs personnel, mechanism of appointing of speaking to the supervisor , president, emphasize that the speciality has relevant operation of leading the whole group of industry's practice experience. (3). Based on management of society must steady financial affairs have, independence financial insufficient to will is it construct surface , tactics theme and carry out goal while being other to influence, launch from the literary composition surface of ' the balanced score card ', except need the member's approval , support of the definite and government of the industrial circle, the more important thing is the independence financial income of the need. 5.Analyse the development tactics found out with the balanced score card , is measured by the expert and admitted unanimously that is suitable for non-commercial undertaking group's propping up the balance and developing the way in this research. The study used SPSS for Windows software to analyze our data. Descriptive statistic analysis, T test, and Structural Equalation Modeling were used to test our hypotheses. We found that balanced scorecard model can not only apply to TBC but also helps to create a strategy for its operations.
