Description
Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 98 === This thesis shows some results of PSpice ( Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis ) simulation of a passive trigger type DC to AC inverter. The technique is now based upon a circuit topology as suggested by Liu Wun-Chih and is patent pending in Taiwan and P. R. China. A simplified equivalent circuit model for this circuit topology that is suitable for PSpice simulation has been developed. Because this passive trigger type DC to AC inverter will be used for the conversion of all types of renewable energy such as solar and wind energy to grid-conneted syetem, thus it make the development works much easiler by using PSpice simulation technique. Some results by using PSpice simulation are shown in this thesis. In addition, comparison between those results as obtained by using PSpice simulation and those measured data as obtained by using a prototype as implemented by using this same circuit topology are also shown in this paper. We have observed good consistency between these two techniques actually exists. As the primary coil of transformer is directly connected to the utility power, power factor will be brought down by the generated reactive power. Therefore, the article proposes a method for reactive power reduction, which will fufill the requirements of power company.
