Description
Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 電子工程研究所 === 99 === An Ad-Hoc Wireless Network is the architecture comprised mobile device to transmit data without the aid of any established infrastructure or centralized administration. In such an environment, it won’t be necessary to rely on certain node to control the procedure, the mobile nodes can freely contact with each other in the range of the reliable received signal strength. Then transmitting configurations can be rapidly established to manage the situation of the transmission path can not be used. In the AOMDV routing protocol, when the primary path fails, alternative paths will be used. On the other hand, when the primary path for high-speed mobile node fails, the alternative path may also be invalidated. The primary path chose from the minimum hops of the paths. This thesis discuss a modified AOMDV routing protocol using the received signal strength (RSS) to determine an alternative path between the mobile node from the predicted stability of the basic link, and by the parameters set Pre-selected standby alternative path to achieve the purpose of improving the system efficiency. The system performance will be discussed based on using the received signal strength to determine alternative paths and using the packet information to predict the direction and speed of the mobile nodes.
