Furthermore, the rights and benefits of labor can be indemnified, and the goal of sustainable operations for the company can be achieved Firstly, the annual statistical data of domestic major occupational accidents, the average compensation of construction labor death and the instances of compensation for occupational accidents of labor compiled by Southern Region Inspection Office of the Council of Labor Affairs are collected and used as the basis of the cost risk assessments. Secondly, according to the annual compensations of death for construction worker, the fee of risk transformation commodities in markets is evaluated, and compares with the cost of basic security of accident insurances. Finally, using the annual consumer price index (CPI) and the fixed-term deposit interest rate of Taiwan bank respectively, the corresponding accumulated price change ratio are calculated, and the new model of cost risk for construction personnel planning are established. Meanwhile, comparing with the model of national annuity, the model can be used as the long-term planning and the basis of cost risk adjustment of enterprise personnel.
