However the draining pavement is easily to cause the asphalt separation from bone material; then stripping and rutting will occur in the road. These have affected the use of safety and comfort of pedestrians. Porous rate of 15% to 25% in pavement will reduce the accelerated aging of drainage asphalt pavement life used. Therefore, this study selected two kinds of commonly used modified asphalt and added anti-stripping agent (0.3%) to compare the effectiveness of its anti-stripping. In this study, the drainage grade formed by Taiwan Highway Bureau is applied to design draining Polymer-modified paving asphalt and AC-20 paving asphalt concrete with (0.3%) anti-stripping agent. Firstly, to decide optimum asphalt content based on Cantabria test and Drain down test. According to production Marshall test, it carries on other tests in performance. This simulation of the aging of asphalt mastic to add anti- stripping agent and without anti- stripping agent is added into the thin film oven aging asphalt mastic. To understand the nature of asphalt mastic from the experiment and rheological behavior from dynamic shear rheometer test. And then study after fresh asphalt mastic asphalt mastic with aging with or without anti-stripping agent added. Its mechanical nature will be evaluated from the splitting tensile test, water soak-stripping test, pressure permeable stripping test, wheel track rutting and improved soak wheel tracking. Based above experiments, it showed that add anti- stripping agent significantly decreased the viscosity of asphalt mastic. The nature of all asphalt concrete created difference obviously. It needs Individual assessment and analysis. Concerning with water soak-stripping test during three days and adding pressure after soak-stripping for adding anti-stripping agent in asphalt concrete its tensile capacity is better than the same type situation.
