In addition, it also provides reference to design of dental implants and clinical dental surgeries. In the research, I take numerical simulation analysis of Pro-E and DEFORM-3D. First, take Pro-E to construct models of dental implants, cortical bone and cancellous bone. Then design three dental implants threads, which are trapezoid thread, triangular thread and buttress thread and each has seven thread pitches and amount to twenty-one models. Then, transfer them with STL documents into DEFORM-3D and proceed the pre-process simulation hypothesis. Then, simulate the variations of load of dental implants and distributions of stress of alveolus bone. To find the lowest load and get better dental implant .The analysis shows that trapezoid thread is higher with 0.9mm thread pitches, having higher deformation and stress distribution in the cortical bone at the edge and within the contact area. The load of triangular thread of dental implant is lower with 1.3mm thread pitches, having smaller deformation and stress distribution at the edge of the cortical bone internal area. The stress of cortical bone, attached to the dental implant, is higher. Moreover, when the relative position is rising, the stress is increasing; the stress of cancellous bone, less bone mass, is lower. Under the same thread pitches, the dental implant of triangular thread can efficiently decrease the load of dental implant in comparison with trapezoid thread and buttress thread.
