This research analyzes three kinds of different inclination angles by using optical analysis software Tracepro for 60°、75°、90° the Fresnel lens. Sectional shape of the lens are all axis 120 mm, 60 mm short axis of the ellipse, the oval mirror each pitch are all small mausoleum 0.5 mm, comparing the optical path, energy loss and the angle of sunlight allowed. The experiment design of Taguchi method is adopted to determine the influence of different precess parameters (mold temperature, melt temperature, injection time, cooling time, packing pressure, packing pressure). Finally the optimum parameter combination for the mold temperature 80℃, melt temperature 243℃, injection time 0.6964s,cooling time 40s, packing pressure 90%, packing time 8s are found.
