Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 機械與精密工程研究所 === 98 === The development of LED has been undertaken recently and applied extensively at the Indus- tries of communication, electronics and illumination of car, even the white light LED reached commercial stage and has to enhance the brightness of LED becomes the key point of research. The light is radiated from LED accompanied with he- at, and the brighter light the more heat. Excessive heat will do harm to LED such as lowering of light output and component damage. This study aims the heat transfer technology of LED, and will be endeavored to discover the technology trends and the effects to be reached through patent analysis. The engineering parameters based on TRIZ will be identified and the innovation solution principles will be found from the contradiction matrix to solve the problem and improve the product functions.
According to TRIZ, the study can use the innovative principles of the "take out", "blessing in disguise or turn lemons into lemonade", " color changes" and " parameter changes", this study adopts the " take out " and " parameter changes " of this two principle for pairs of existing patent was improved, and increased heat pipe and changes the parameter of heat sink, simulation with FLUENT, results show that comparison of the existing patent, the temperature of the new cooling technology through the innovative principles, decreased by about 11 ~ 15 ℃, to get better cooling effect, applied TRIZ helps LED thermal technology innovation, and receive certification.
