碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 土木工程與防災科技研究所 === 98 === The purpose of this research is to investigate the current status of pressure faced by the military construction project supervisors and the measures undertaken to counter the pressure. In addition, analysis is conducted to identify factors affecting different pressure types and counter pressure strategies. The results provide valuable information for military construction project supervisors, project auditing authorities, and future researchers. Through literature review and questionnaire survey, information from a total of 80 military construction project supervisors is collected for analysis. Statistical analysis such as t-test and one way ANOVA is conducted and research hypothesis is tested. The research results are summarized as follows: 1. The military construction supervisors do not have high role confusion. 2. Analysis of variance on different background: i. Male military construction supervisors have more pressure than femal colleagues on role pressure. ii. On “role confusion” aspect, captains have more pressure than majors. 3. The most commonly used counter pressure technique is “problem solving”, followed by seeking help. 4. When facing pressure, the counter measures taken will differentiate by backgrounds. 5. The sex and ranking are related to role pressure and age, marriage and education are related to counter measures for military construction supervisors.
