Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 98 === The goal of this thesis is to integrate the work operation among district, business department and power research institute and to discuss the advantage/disadvantage of current based software system in order to plan and implement the monthly electricity reduction scenarios statistical system. The first step of this thesis is to develop the meter file automatic transfer interface and database upload program for customers attending electricity reduction scenarios and demand response. The meter file automatic transfer interface supports the district engineer with functions of meter file transformation, and upload to database. The next step is to analyze current database and customer service database and to extract the required data tables and data attributes in order to design data retrieval program and operation mode for proposed developed system. The functions of the developed system contain district investigation section meter data transfer interface and retrieval program, district electricity reduction/demand response plan customers maintain interface, district/business department reporting generation and database linking interface, electricity fee table modify system, and database maintain interface. In order to enhance execution efficiency and to reduce logical error of the developed system, this project provides the functions of relative data attribute auto correction and email transmit and receive interface programs for customers attending electricity reduction scenarios and demand response plan. On site functions testing have been finished for proposed developed system. The practicality and effectiveness of proposed developed system can be justified by testing results.
