Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 98 === A three-phase four-wire power converter interface for grid-connected solar generation system is developed in this paper. This three-phase four-wire grid-connected solar generation system is configured by a twin-boost DC/DC converter and a three-phase four-wire multi-level converter. The twin-boost DC/DC converter can regulate the DC capacitor voltages of the multi-level converter. The three-phase four-wire multi-level converter can regulate the DC capacitor voltage and improve the power efficiency of conventional bridge converter. The maximum power point tracking is incorporated in the controller of the twin-boost DC/DC converter to generate the maximum power of the solar module. The islanding detection is incorporated in the controller of the three-phase four-wire multi-level converter to detect the unintentional islanding operation. Finally, computer simulation is carried out to verify the performance and feasibility of the developed grid-connected solar generation system.
