Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 98 === This thesis proposes a methodology by applying web-based programming and GPRS wireless communication technique to design and implement a aircraft alarm lighting Information Platform which contains the functions of wireless short message transmitting, data collection, and fault detection, for transmission tower. This proposed system is first to set up the SQL database structure with the design of database schema and data retrieving program. Meanwhile, server man machine interface and communication protocol software is subsequently designed to establish entire server system.
In order to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed system, this thesis selects two towers located at aircraft passing zone to set up the prototype of proposed system for on site testing. The performance of proposed system can be justified by testing results. The implementation of proposed system enhances the maintain efficiency as well as the availability of aircraft alarm lighting and battery located on transmission tower.
