A virtual information service environment can achieve great service, usability, and optimal resource. The structure of network data center can expend great quantity. Co-location is transformed threshold of information, the goal is easily achieved to centralize information and share services in a co-location. When the co-location is combined cloud computing application in virtual environment, the design is formed a “Private Cloud” structure of government or enterprise for concrete. Building a cloud computing service platform should reduce the human resource cost and increase efficiency of administration. Therefore, it can be avoided to steal data in a paper or e-paper, the information communications and security technology is very important and necessary. This purpose of thesis is implemented the possible e-paper and paper administration by using cloud service application based on and combined co-location and combined digital signature (DS), radio frequency identification (RFID) and RSA-Quick Response (RSA-QR) code schemes. The information security network systems are monitored using the context-based service through cloud computing for high throughput and service ability. In order to respond the global environment sport, it is prevented to steal the important information via management schemes of effective and reduced the paper capacity.
