Our study extend prior JD-R theory research students’ focus on study burnout and involvement in individual tasks to incorporate less-intense pressure levels and group member contexts. The survey shows that studying systems by cases instruction helped these students integrate enterprise process and accounting concepts, understand the underlying accounting framework, and understand the enterprise processes. Furthermore, foster student’s problem-solving ability and enhance job competition. Finally, results show students can both obtain valuable knowledge and useful to my job at present or apply for job in the future.
