Backlight module according to a variety of uses, and the assembly ways and with different size, the required optical thickness and function of different optical film in the reflective film of choice as well. It is different with other optical films the most important point is its location in the lamp is placed below the light source directly affected by irradiation, its temperature and UV light will affect the optical properties of reflective film. III Purpose of this study add titanium dioxide to enhance the viscosity and ultraviolet light capability. DuPont Teijin of Japan's reflective film production company for the substrate, producing samples, samples of different thickness on the heat treatment at different temperature for 500 hours, the weather resistance test, and XRD analysis of the UV exposure test, discussed crystalline material, and ultraviolet light tests in the AFM analysis, the discussion of the material between the surface roughness and chemical composition changes.
