Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 化學工程與材料工程系 === 98 === We successfully synthesiszed the novel electrophosphorescent materials such as PFOXA、PFCZPPV、PFPTZPPV as the host, and copolymerized with various content of Ir-complex as the guest by Suzuki Cross Coupling reaction. The experiments show that these electrophosphorescent materials exhibite good thermal stability with 5% weight loss temperatures ca. 300℃ in nitrogen atmosthere. The amorphous solid films of electrophosphorescent materials were seen clearly from the polarization microscopy images. The UV-vis absorption of the electrophosphorescent materials almost absorbed by the fluorescent conjugated polymer. As the amount of Ir-complex was increased, the characteristic peaks of the photoluminescence spectra of these electrophosphorescent materials exhibite red-shift. The phosphorescent emission peaks of electrophosphorescent materials are ca. 600nm in 1 w/v% solution and in the solid film . The HOMO level and LUMO level of these electrophosphorescent materials were decreased due to the introduction of Ir-complex units. The maximum luminance of these devices were decreased with increasing amount of Ir-complex. The results of photophysical properties showed that the short conjugated polymer can promote the triplet energy to favor the energy to be easy transported to Ir-complex to stimulate the phosphorescent.
