With teachers' care and guidance, young people will be able to well deal with problems in their learning process and daily life. However, reviewing related researches for senior commercial high school students, mostly of them are motivation or performance-based, there is few in the teacher-student relationship. Therefore, this study aims to combine the research stream for interpersonal relationship, education friendship, and interaction between teachers and students, to explore the relationship among education friendship, interactive intensity and relationship satisfaction. This study adopts the method of questionnaire investigation for senior high school students in Kaohsiung area. Finally there are 500 valid questionnaires to be returned. By using AMOS 5.0 statistics software to analyze the data, there are four main findings. First, education friendship has a significant positive effect on the interactive intensity. Second, interactive intensity has a significant positive effect on the relationship satisfaction. Third, education friendship has a significant positive effect on the relationship satisfaction.
