With rapid development of economy and city the living environment has been greatly destroyed in Taiwan .And therefore, the government formally promoted the Green Building Labeling System since 1999, the World Health Organization (WHO) also advocated the assessment index of healthy housing. They all hope to pay attention to the maintenance of the natural environment and stress the health that people inhabit by this. Totally11 items of assessment indexes were chosen from the two above mentioned synthetic indexes as the assessment indexes of the healthy green housing. For three times of questionnaire investigations to the experts, scholars and building traders 33 items were sifted from the first questionnaire investigation in 70 various detailed indexes as the basis of the second and third questionnaire. The research method is by using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to choose important weight value and provide the importance of sequencing and interrelation. As a result of the study we find that while building traders invest on healthy green housing , they paid most attention to ' lighten the burden of the natural environment ' . The experts ,scholars and building traders choose theweight result of the assessment indexes , it is all unanimous with two index thresholds of passing ' daily energy-conservation ' and ' water resource ' of the Green Building Labeling System. The third and the fourth assessment indexes are ' the indoor environment ' and ' carbon dioxide and waste minimization '. All of those detailed indexes can be references of building traders who will plan and invest in the future healthy housing.
