Summary: | 碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 98 === This thesis focused primarily on the heat exchange conditions of heat sinks, fins and porous heat sinks. The effects of porosity on thermal distribution of both heat sinks and fins from heat and cool sources were investigated. The design principle of the cooling system is to directly spout the heat source and optimize the conditions of cool source in order that high cooling performance would be reached. Heat distributions and cooling performances of porous heat sinks were both compared with those of traditional heat sinks from each heat and cool sources. Relevant parameters on the effects of heat distributions in this system were analyzed by the software STAR-CD3D.
