Summary:碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 綠色材料研究所 === 98 === A series of some novel TiO2/Al2O3 hybrid materials prepared via sol-gel process has been synthesized from titanium-n-butoxide and aluminum isopropoxide. The grey Tencel fabrics were processed by desizing, scouring and dyeing respectively. Then, the TiO2/Al2O3 hybrid materials were fabricated to the dyed Tencel fabrics by dipping-dry-thermosol process. The structures of these TiO2/Al2O3 hybrid materials were carried out by FTIR, 27Al-NMR and XRD analysis. Alternatively, the processed Tencel fabrics were evaluated the bonding structure by SEM, EDS and TGA analysis. From the SEM images can demonstrate the sheet evenness coating layer on the Tencel fabrics to confirm the interaction of hybrid materials and Tencel fabrics. Moreover, the color strength, weatherability, keep warmth, wrinkle recovery angel, conductivity, air permeability analysis, rubbing and washing fastness of processed fabrics were evaluated. Our data show that the keep warmth and conductivity property of the TiO2/Al2O3 hybrid Tencel processed fabrics tends to improve with increases in the concentration of the aluminum isopropoxide in the reaction mixture. After modification with TiO2/Al2O3 hybrid, the processed fabrics all have washing fastness level of 4-5 grade, while the wet or dry rubbing fastness is also approximately 3-4 grade.
