The interactive technology on the World Wide Web has developed many years, after many research and technology development, the interactive technology is a requisitions skill on the World Wide Web. The research utilized interactive website technology, combining Tainan’s tourism with “Organizing Group Activities” website, expecting to create innovative services that facilitate convenience and creative new value. The research could be referenced for new web service developments in Taiwan, e-commerce and C2C business model.
