This study studies volunteers’ motivation, organization, satisfaction towards their families, interaction with the society etc. – how the above interact with their willingness. Hopefully, through this study, appropriate strategies can be generated to solve the problems schools facing. The methodology applied here is “case study” with quality methodology, detailed interview, participation observation and documentary analysis etc. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. Motivation: (1) “Individual Factor”: to make self-improvement, career plan, show one’s merits and to be able to take care of children nearby. (2) “Social Factor”: hope to contribute to the society, to the children, to fulfill religion belief. (3) “Living Environment Factor”: to strengthen the interaction between people and to reach a consensus in the organization. 2. Momentum of Continual Service (1) “Family Factor”: Get support and satisfaction from family members and thus lead to a better relationship. (2) “Organization Factor”: Get satisfaction from the organization. (3) “Social Interaction Factor”: to achieve happiness through the interaction and cooperation with partners 3. The Dilemma in Promoting Volunteering Work (1) Lack of hands designated for the volunteering field, unjustified distribution of funds, little consensus from teachers, insufficient support from superiors. (2) Within the volunteering organization – incomplete managing system, lack of good communication, not very nice atmosphere and over comparison. Based on the above, the following suggestions are offered: 1. Suggestions to School Administration (1)To raise participants’ level of satisfaction (2)To increase channels to draw in more males and retired persons (3)To hold seminars to help parents to learn; to award well-performed volunteers (4)To assist with voluntary activities, to enhance interaction among volunteers (5)To positively offer respect and understanding to help volunteers to be dedicated to the organization (6)To efficiently use funds to meet different demands 2. Suggestions to the Voluntary Organization (1)To set up effective communication channels (2)To set up a mode to help volunteers to self-control themselves (3)To build up an image for the organization 3. Suggestions to the Education Bureau (1)To promote volunteering ideas to younger generations (2)To use media to promote volunteering work (3)To enhance interactions among schools 4. Suggestions to Future Researchers (1)Future research can be included with out-of-job volunteers or to compare between different schools or areas. (2)Quantity methodology can be applied in the future to proof the result of quality research and hence more application can be achieved. (3)The relationship between motivation and satisfaction; larger assessment to the efficiency of the organization; an extension of observing time etc. are also suggested to be added.
