| Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 物流與航運管理學系 === 98 === All of the army logistics in the second operation "Dessert Storm" of United States versus Iraq depended on the respect of accuracy and efficiency in the Information Technology. The development of Information technology not only influence our daily life but also plays the key role in winning the war. Nowadays, to which countries around the world inhance their power of national defence should make more efforts on information technology and make great use of civil logistics channel to support military requisition by taking the successful experience from the United States as model. In order to meet future war's needs, we should deliver supplies on time, on the right volume and on the correct place. And thus to make one country's military defence more solid and concrete.
The purpose of the research is to investigate how to utilize effrcacious in gathering information technology and rear service mobilization management.Due to the importance of accuracy and effrciency,combining the logistics channel and C4ISR system to support the requistion of military supplies could let the army make great efficiency in civil logistics resources,and lesd the Nation to be well prepared when the war comes.
