Impact of conflict management is the key to success or failure of mergers and acquisitions. The process for mergers and acquisitions, in addition to M & A activity quickly, but also need to focus on labor-management conflict management, in order to enable enterprises to play a minimum period after the merger scheduled for the greatest effect, it is necessary for M & A activity of the serious problems facing . In this study, the business under examination is KGI Securities; we see that the business had undergone three mergers and acquisitions transactions. At the same time of mergers and acquisitions for labor rights and the impact of the enterprise itself, of the organizational culture of post-merger changes in the relationship between conflict, conflict management strategy has been implemented the final analysis of results. Conclusive recommendations: Mergers and acquisitions occur because of labor conflicts, and more for both each other's different perceptions of organizational culture, prior no good communication, management of labor out of control due to emotional cause. The main conflict between labor and management issues, the majority of the workers to fight for the rights of the existing work focus on protection and working conditions. Enterprise in the face of conflict, to adopt diversified management style, would increase their job satisfaction and increase efficiency. Employees in the face of conflict, should take a rational approach and to strengthen the legal and professional knowledge to safeguard the interests of their own work.
