Description
Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 電機工程學系碩士班 === 98 === For forward converters with tertiary winding, energy recovery is always obtained through transformer reset. In this case, if RCD snubber is used for suppressing turn-off surge, the RCD snubber as well as the spurious inductance and the spurious resistance of the energy recovery path will affect transformer reset. This research especially clarifies the influences of the snubber parameters and the spurious elements of energy recovery path on transformer reset. For this converter with 33W rated output power and 3.3V rated output voltage, 88.3%, the maximum output efficiency can be achieved at 2A output current. For SR forward converter with 3.3V rated output voltage, 89%, the maximum output efficiency can be achieved at 2A output current. The output capacitance of main switch and the reverse recovery of the diode in RCD snubber also affect transformer reset. By theoretical analysis and experimental results, the influences of the output capacitance of main switch and the reverse recovery of the diode in RCD snubber on transformer reset are confirmed. Based on these developed results, the transformer reset relating to the output efficiency of the converter can be well designed.
