Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 電子工程學系碩士班 === 98 === This thesis first provides an introduction to the properties of both the lithium-ion and LiFePO4 batteries and then presents the results of a test on the different charging and discharging properties of the two types of batteries. The lithium-ion battery has become the main power source for portable electronic devices. The LiFePO4 battery, a newly developed secondary battery that differs from the traditional lithium-ion battery in electrical properties, is expected to be used in electric vehicles and large automatic tools as a highly-valued alternative energy. With an analysis on the charging/discharging principles, properties and functions, and a discussion on the parameters from test results of the two types of batteries, this research is expected to provide insights for future relevant research on battery charging/discharging.
