The effect of high permittivity materials on the dielectric properties were investigated. In addition, conductive materials were added in to the matrix to increase dielectric constant of composites. Dielectric properties of the composite depend on the amount of high permittivity ceramics and higher amount of ceramics result in higher dielectric constant. The dielectric constant of 25wt% al added 50wt% BaTiO3+50 wt%ITK5517 specimen is 127 measured at 1kHz and dissipation factor is 0.05.
