Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 98 === In the government agency in Taiwan, the middle-level class is the most important resource, their intelligence, knowledge, educational level play an important role in the development. If the government departments want efficient work, long-term survival and sustaining development, there must be a number of high quality middle-level class staff with expertise, therefore, motivation mechanism is the key to promotion. This is text apply to both theoretical analysis and empirical research method, and give middle-level class professional staff some questionnaire for the study. The main contents of this article include: theoretical basis of motivation studies; characteristics of middle-level class professional staff; middle-level class professionals motivation studies model; structure of motivative factor and the factor’s contribution and correlation; the design of motivation applyment. The main research method of this article is factor analysis,which use the orthogonal factor model. In this model, each variable are represent by a linear combination with several common factor and a special factor, in the mean time, all those common factors have the practical meaning. The aims is to put forward a framework of middle-level class professional motivation study model and provide applying strategies with different background. It also set an example to explain the model. Those will play are guidance to middle-level class study and give reference to establish motivative system.
