Due to the links of financial products, the subprime mortgage crisis caused the stock market fell sharply and led to the global credit crunch. The purpose of the study is to explore the changes of banks’ lending strategy after the financial crises. This factor analysis is adopted to establish the dimensions and variables for a bank to consider the house loan credit. The factors are divided into three dimensions which include integrity and solvency of customers, loans considerations, housing appraisal value. The study also uses the ANOVA analysis to test the different effect of the free factors. The empirical results show that a bank’s type and the experience of employers have significant difference on the view of house loan credit.
