At the same time, we also aimed at electro galvanized steel sheet properties to study crystalline grain diameter、electroplated with zine layer、chemical elements and hardness、elongation test and understood the effects on punching forming to different types of specimens, According the results of experiments, Even electroplated with zine layer depth and crystalline grain diameter of different vendors specimens are different, Whether there is electroplated with zine layer on sheet or not, the hardness、tensile strength、yield strength and elongation are almost same; The higher hardness sheet, tensile strength and yield strength. Furthermore, The punching-forming and curve-forming dimensions would be bigger and elongation would be lower at same forming parameters and punching-forming die, Besides, we also discover parts of specimens whose hardness、 tensile strength、 elongation、 punching forming and curve forming dimensions, Those data come from experiment analyses are almost same.
Therefore, We could understand the relative analysis data by this experiment, A and B are equal in material, C and D are also equal to each other, According to the material certification and hardness test, Punching forming factory can choose equal material quickly for changing electro galvanized steel sheets, So that vendors can prevent quality issues result from back cover punching-forming.
